The Book Now form only asks for your own details. Please do not include information about your child in the form; we will ask for what we need if your child joins.
If you email or phone us, we will use the details you give us to reply to you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We use a small number of service providers, who handle it only on our behalf and under our instructions:
Google, for spam protection (reCAPTCHA) and, if you agree, website statistics (Google Analytics)
Senior Internet, who host and maintain our website
Information sent outside the UK
Google may handle information on servers outside the UK, including in the USA. Where this happens, it is protected by approved safeguards, such as the UK–US data bridge or contract terms approved under UK law.
How long we keep it
Book Now enquiries: up to 12 months if you do not join the school. If you do join, your details are then covered by our school privacy notice.
Website statistics: no more than 14 months.
Spam protection information is kept by Google only as long as needed for that purpose.
How we keep it safe
The website is protected by a secure (HTTPS) connection, and only people who need your information to respond to you can see it.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies. You can choose which ones we use, and change your choice at any time, using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.
Other websites
Our website links to other websites, including our parent portal (run by Class Manager) and our social media pages. They have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
